Kira is an independent management consultant with a background in business administration and marketing. She has lived and worked for extended periods in Bulgaria, Hungary, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Mongolia and Kazakhstan.

 

Kira’s business experience spans the CEE, Western Europe and Asia. She combines her international business background to coach individuals and teams with cross-cultural communication, motivation and conflict resolution issues. She has an excellent understanding of the social, economic and political situation in the Central-Eastern European countries, including the needs of and opportunities for small and medium scale enterprises, and consulting. At present she is an Associate Professor of Management in MBA at the Kazakh-British Technical University with focus upon the roles of leadership and innovation in achieving organizational excellence. She is also active in executive development focusing on leadership and cross-cultural management in multicultural organizations.

 

She has guest lectured at the International Business School in Budapest and at present teaching MBA Management courses at the Kazakh-British Technical University Business School in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

 

Kira’s professional education includes:

A Master’s Degree in Tourism from the Geography faculty in the University of Sofia, Bulgaria, and an American MBA from The CEU, Central-European University Business School in Budapest, Hungary with a specialization in General Management and Marketing.

Kira has travelled to more than 60 countries around the world.

In addition to English, she is also fluent in Hungarian and Russian and is conversant in German and Italian. Her native language is Bulgarian.
